Hi my name is Kirsty and I am dedicated to helping you to better manage stress, anxiety, and your overall health and wellbeing through creating balance of body, mind and soul with one-on-one coaching sessions, small group workshops, or short courses with other likeminded women.

I have many years of experience working on NHS health and wellbeing funded projects in GP practices and the wider community, and believe that I can help support you to find the right tools and techniques to achieve your personal goals.

My skills include mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, emotional freedom technique, therapeutic and reflective journaling, cognitive behavioural therapy and sound therapy.
